Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WOW3D Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and users (members and guests) regarding WOW3D PRO (the “Service”), and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service: 3D printing quote, order, production, shipping, and related information services provided by the Company.
• User: Anyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether a member or guest.
• Member: A person who signs up and receives a user account under the Company’s procedures.
• Guest: A person who uses quotes, orders, or other services without signing up.
• Quote: Estimated cost and lead time calculated by the Company from an uploaded 3D model (STL, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, etc.).
• Order: A contract formed when a user requests final production and shipping after reviewing a quote and the Company accepts it.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes)

• These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
• The Company may amend these Terms within applicable law. Changes will be posted with the effective date and details at least 7 days in advance (30 days if adverse to users).
• Users who disagree with amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw. Continued use after notice is deemed acceptance.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides services including:

• 3D model upload and analysis, AI-assisted real-time quotes
• Quotes and orders by process (FDM, SLA, DLP) and material
• Order intake, production, shipping, and related support
• Other ancillary services designated by the Company

Quotes are for reference and may be reviewed before production. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for force majeure, facility/system failures, or similar unavoidable reasons, with notice before or after as appropriate.

Article 5 (Membership)

• Users apply via the Company’s form and become members upon approval.
• The Company may refuse or later terminate membership for identity theft, false information, legal/Terms violations, or other policy breaches.
• Members must correct inaccurate personal information; disadvantages from failing to do so are borne by the member.

Article 6 (Quotes, Orders, Payment & Shipping)

• Quote: Quotes based on uploaded 3D files are reference estimates of cost and time; final cost and schedule may be confirmed separately after order acceptance.
• Order: After a quote is reviewed and an order requested, the Company reviews manufacturability, final amount, and schedule before acceptance. No contract exists until acceptance.
• Payment: Payment must follow Company methods (bank transfer, card, etc.); the order is confirmed when payment completes. Guests must provide accurate contact and shipping details.
• Shipping: Finished parts ship to the address entered by the user; fees and timing are advised at order. Delays or loss from unreachable contact or wrong address may be the user’s responsibility.
• Cancel / refund: Cancellation before production starts may be fully or partly refunded per policy. After production starts, refunds may be limited by progress; details are available at order time or via support.

Article 7 (Copyright and IP)

• Copyright and other IP in Company-created content, logos, and designs on the Service belong to the Company.
• Rights in files and designs uploaded by users remain with the user; the user grants the Company a license needed to produce and ship. The Company will not use, publish, or transfer user files beyond the service purpose.
• If a user uploads files that infringe others’ rights and cause damage to the Company or third parties, that user is responsible for compensation.

Article 8 (Personal Information)

The Company collects, uses, and destroys personal information under the Privacy Policy and does not use it outside the stated purposes or provide it to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• The Company is not liable for damages from service disruption caused by force majeure, war, facility/telecom failures, or third-party illegal acts without Company fault.
• The Company does not warrant accuracy, legality, or commercial fitness of uploaded 3D files; related disputes must be resolved between users or with third parties.
• Quote and production results may differ from expectations. The Company strives for quote accuracy but does not treat this as a legal guarantee.

Article 10 (Use Restrictions)

The Company may restrict or suspend service use or revoke membership without prior notice if a user:

• Steals others’ information, provides false data, or violates Terms/laws
• Engages in false messaging, defamation, copyright infringement, or similar misconduct toward the Company, other users, or third parties
• Interferes with service operations/systems or uses the Service for illegal purposes
• Otherwise harms legitimate Service operations

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and disputes between the Company and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits arising from Service use fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company’s head office is located.
